Single column hydraulic press
The single-arm hydraulic press adopts a sturdy open structure of integral welding, which can maintain the sufficient rigidity of the fuselage and at the same time have the most convenient operating space.
● The press-fitting stroke of this series of single-arm hydraulic presses is generally controlled by a timer, pressure switch, position sensor, or the customer's own mold.
● The return height of the press-fitting spindle can be adjusted within any stroke range by timer or position sensor.
● The pressure, stroke, pressure holding time and closing height can be adjusted by the customer for easy operation.
● The hydraulic system gauge is built into the frame, which is neat, light and steady.
Note: PLC programming control is optional, and parameters can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
Y41 hydraulic quick press has a wide range of versatility, suitable for the compression of plastic materials and powder products, the correction of shaft parts, the pressing of related parts, the stretching, forming, blanking, stamping, etc. of small plate-shaped parts multiple uses. The machine has two operation modes: adjustment and work. It has automatic time control and can be used optionally according to the process requirements. The pressure and stroke size can be adjusted arbitrarily, the operation is simple, flexible and reliable.
