The hydraulic machine body adopts a frame structure: it is composed of upper beams, sliders, worktables, columns, main cylinders, hydraulic power systems and electrical systems. The upper beam, slider and worktable are welded with high-quality steel plates. After welding, the welding stress is eliminated by high-frequency vibration. The column of the hydraulic machine is high-quality 45# steel, and the surface is medium-frequency quenched and chrome-plated.

The tonnage of the pressing cylinder of the hydraulic machine is realized by a piston cylinder. The cylinder body is made of high-quality forged steel. The surface of the piston rod is quenched by intermediate frequency, which has high hardness and long service life. The main seals of the oil cylinder adopt high-quality sealing rings to ensure reliable sealing.

There are T-shaped grooves on the working table and slider of the hydraulic machine, which is convenient for the user to install the mold.

The pump station of the hydraulic press is composed of an oil tank, a high-pressure pump, an electric motor, a plug-in valve, etc. The oil tank is welded by steel plates. The oil tank adopts a closed type oil tank, the oil suction area and the oil return area are separated, and the oil tank is provided with a cleaning window and an oil drain plug, which makes cleaning and oil changing convenient. The oil pump suction port of the hydraulic machine is equipped with a straight-through oil suction filter to ensure the cleanliness of the oil and ensure the service life of the oil pump and valve.

The hydraulic system has a reliable seal and no leakage. The main pipeline of hydraulic machine adopts flange connection and anti-seismic pipe clamp.
